Ground floor: two separate units, north and south, each with bedroom, attached bath, hall and kitchen. Kitchens are on the east side. The external bathroom sits in front of the south kitchen.
First floor: master bedroom and child bedroom (both with attached bath) on the west, dining and kitchen on the south, and the open hall as a terrace on the north-east. The dining area has a solid L-shaped table against the master bedroom wall, with a computer chair facing north, a computer in front of it and an electronics bench on its left. Stepped floating shelves on the master bedroom wall, left of the chair, hold books and showpieces. There are bookshelves on both sides of the south window; the kitchen-side one has a niche with a framed family photo, fruit and incense. The kitchen is open to the dining area through the doorway and a pass-through cutout with a counter ledge, and a wash basin stands beside the kitchen entrance. The first floor sticks out east to the line of the ground-floor external bath (two columns carry the overhang), which widens the open hall and adds a walkway along the kitchen to a spiral stair above the external bath, up to the roof terrace. A pooja room stands in the open hall against the kitchen; its north wall is a projector wall, with a projector and a sofa facing it. On the roof is a sit-out: a round raised porch with a low wall, an entrance facing the stair, a built-in curved bench and a table, under a tiled hut roof on 4 pillars.
Steps: a dog-leg stair on the north side. The first flight starts at the east end and climbs west to a mid landing. The second flight turns back and climbs east, alongside the child bedroom, to a landing that opens into the open hall. A roof slab at first-floor roof level covers the whole stair. From the open hall, one door leads to the child bedroom and another, through the dining area, to the master bedroom.
Room sizes follow the numbers on the sketch (12 × 11 ft bedrooms, 9 ft hall, 8 ft kitchen, 4 ft baths). The sketch is not to scale, so positions of doors and windows are approximate.
